Lafayette DFA Campaign Academy Hotels

Please book early - there are a limited number of rooms available. The longer you wait, the further away you'll have to stay!

And don't forget to ask for the registration code listed on the right, and/or the manager whose name is listed :) (Some folks have forgotten to do that, and have been told that no rooms are available.)

(You can also try to get rooms in Lafayette, but you'll find the cheapest price is $200, including tax.)

All prices below include tax, assume double occupancy, and all locations are in Indiana. Except where otherwise noted, rooms are available for both Fri (15th) and Sat. (16th). If you want to stay Sunday night, you should have very little problem finding a room. In some cases, I've reserved rooms with king-sized single beds as well as rooms w/ twin beds, in order to maximize the # of available rooms.

Driving times are approximate, and most of these places will let you cancel a reservation up to 48 hours in advance (be sure to check - note the La Quinta below, which is an exception!).

If you want a roommate (and we encourage you to get one, because of the limited availability of rooms!), please book first, and then email me (rog@rs-freeware.org) with your name, hotel, phone # and whether you want a male roommate, female roommate, or either is fine. I will try to hook you up with someone who has booked in the same general area - although the arrangements are obviously strictly between you and the other person. You can also call me at 765.742.6705.

If you do get a roommate, please remember that one of you should cancel their reservation ASAP, so that room can be made available to others.

Manager names are listed - if you have trouble booking, please mention my name (Raj Seshu), the book code, and ask for the manager.

If you're booking at the last minute, and can't find a room, I suggest you search for hotels near "Zionsville" using Mapquest or some similar tool. You can also try looking near Remington or Rensseleur. Naturally, some of these places may have rooms available past the listed dates.

We also have a very limited number of supporter housing slots: call me if you need it. Finally: we will have a place where those who wish to "rough it" can bivouc with sleeping bags, but there is no shower!
